Who we are

Khôra & Praxis is the trading name of Pierre Heuzé. The practice is in the process of being registered as a business in Ireland; once that registration completes, this notice will be updated with the registered entity's details. In the meantime, and for the purposes of data protection law, Pierre Heuzé is the controller of the personal data described below.

What this notice covers

This notice covers khorapraxis.com and the booking process at /contact. It does not cover any third-party site you reach by following a link from here — read their own notice once you arrive.

Information we collect

Booking information, via Cal.com. When you book a diagnostic conversation, Cal.com collects what you enter in the booking form — typically your name, email address, and the time you select, plus anything else you choose to add. Cal.com, Inc. processes this on our behalf as a data processor; its own privacy policy governs how it stores and secures it. We use it only to prepare for and hold the conversation you have booked, and, if you agree to a further engagement afterwards, to follow up with you.

Website analytics, via Plausible. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused service hosted in the EU. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track visitors across other websites — it records aggregate statistics only, such as page views, referring sites, approximate country (derived from IP address, which is not stored), and device type. Because no personal data or cookies are involved, no consent banner is required or shown. See Plausible's own data policy.

Hosting. The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. As with any web host, its infrastructure processes technical information such as IP address and browser type transiently, to serve pages and keep the service secure. See Netlify's privacy policy.

Direct email. If you write to contact@khorapraxis.com directly, we keep that correspondence for as long as needed to respond and, where an engagement follows, as an ordinary business record of it.

Why we process this information

Booking details and direct correspondence are processed to take the steps you ask for before any engagement begins, and to carry out any engagement you go on to agree to — and, where that does not strictly apply, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries sent to us. Plausible's cookieless design means no personal data is processed for analytics in the first place, so no consent basis is needed for it.

Who we share it with

• Cal.com, Inc. — processes booking data on our behalf; may store it outside the EU/EEA under its own contractual safeguards.
• Plausible Analytics — EU-hosted (Germany); receives no personal data, by design.
• Netlify, Inc. — hosts the site; processes technical/server-log data only.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the processors above.

How long we keep it

Booking details are kept for as long as needed to prepare for, hold, and follow up on the conversation you booked, and beyond that only if a further engagement begins, in which case ordinary business-record retention applies. Cal.com's retention of the booking data itself is governed by its own policy, linked above. Analytics data is aggregate from the outset and contains nothing personal to retain.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask us to:

• give you access to the personal data we hold about you;
• correct it, if it is inaccurate;
• delete it;
• restrict or object to how it is processed; and
• provide you a copy in a portable format.

To exercise any of these, email contact@khorapraxis.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission; in France, the CNIL; or the equivalent body where you live.

Changes to this notice

This notice will be updated as the practice's registration and tooling settle — in particular once the Irish business registration completes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
